Welcome to AI Chat, a Shopify app developed and operated by YIPSMS, LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you install and use our app on your Shopify store.

a. From Shopify
When you install our app, we automatically gain access to certain types of data through the Shopify API, as permitted by Shopify. This may include:
Basic store information (store name, contact email, domain, country)
Customer data (name, email, phone, and order information, if required by your selected app settings)
Product data (titles, descriptions, prices, and media)
Store policies (shipping, returns, privacy, and terms)

AI Chat is not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

11. App Uninstallation
